Great news – we’ve extended the warranty period for all Tru-Gard™ safety products to a massive 10 YEARS!

We’re so sure of the quality of our products that we want to offer the 10-year warranty on a permanent basis from now on.

The Tru-Gard™ Warranty will cover defects in the product materials or faults in the manufacturing or installation process, for a period of 10 years from installation date*.

Warranty claim forms are available from Tru-Bilt Industries and all submissions must be supported by photos supporting the claim. When a claim is accepted, Tru-Bilt will repair or replace parts or entire products as it deems suitable according to the circumstances.

* The warranty will not cover situations where the product has been:

damaged on-site after installation
misused by the client
selected incorrectly and/or installed incorrectly by the purchaser
